Refund Policy
At New Standard Landscape Supplies, we're committed to delivering quality bulk materials and reliable service to every customer across Calgary and the surrounding area. Please read our refund and cancellation policy carefully before placing your order.
All Sales Are Final
Due to the nature of bulk landscape materials — including topsoil, gravel, decorative rock, road crush, sod, mulch, and sand — all sales are final once an order has been delivered.
We do not accept returns on delivered bulk materials. This is standard practice across the bulk landscape supply industry, as materials cannot be repackaged or resold once they have left our facility.
Order Cancellations
Before delivery: If you need to cancel your order, contact us as soon as possible at 403-510-9011. Orders cancelled before dispatch may be eligible for a full refund.
After dispatch: Once your order has been loaded and dispatched for delivery, cancellations are no longer accepted and the full order amount will be charged.
Incorrect or Damaged Orders
If we deliver the wrong product or the wrong quantity, we will make it right at no additional cost to you.

Please have your order number and a description of the issue ready. Photos of the delivered material are helpful and may be requested.
We do not accept quality disputes for sod after it has been installed, or for materials that have been spread, mixed, or altered in any way following delivery.
Ordering the Right Quantity
We strongly recommend confirming your quantities before ordering. Our team is happy to help you calculate how much material you need for your project — call us at 403-510-9011 before placing your order.

Sod Orders
Sod is a perishable product. Once delivered, sod must be installed promptly. New Standard is not responsible for sod that deteriorates due to delayed installation, improper storage, or weather conditions after delivery.
If your sod arrives in unsatisfactory condition, contact us immediately upon delivery before installation. We cannot accept quality claims on sod that has been fully or partially installed.
